By ordering from AstroPower you confirm your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

 

The information provided in reports and on this site is for general interest only and readers should seek appropriate and specific advice before taking or refraining from any action.

 

PRIVACY POLICY
The information you provide to AstroPower through our website or order forms is confidential. This information is used to process your request or order. No customer information is sold, rented or shared with outside companies.

 

No personal information is gathered by AstroPower or any other source without your knowledge and consent. Any information you provide is confidential and is not shared or sold.

COPYRIGHT
You may not change or remove the copyright notice on any part of the reports, or report website, manual, or other materials, or on any printed output or other media, without prior written permission from AstroPower.

Duplication of the report in any form it is provided to you or any components of it in any form or format constitutes violation of copyright laws and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution under those laws and by international agreement.

 

You are allowed to do the following:

• Printed Reports: copy them for personal use or to give to third parties free of charge
• Reports provided as pdf files: print them as for 'Printed Reports', and/or copy the pdf file to give to others free of any charge
• Website Version of Report: Copy the site to your personal computer or laptop and/or upload it to a non commercial website.

You may not convert any printed report or pdf report to a website. You may not change the website version, or copy its text content to a website not provided or designed by AstroPower.

 

You may not resell the reports, provided to you in any format, or make any part thereof part of any commerial package.

 

Distribution of any report by unauthorised parties is prohibited making both distributor and recipient subject to criminal prosecution.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY
AstroPower warrants the media on which the report is furnished to be free from defects in materials at its time of creation.

You assume the responsibility for the selection of any report to achieve your intended results. AstroPower does not warrant that the report will meet your requirements. All calculations and/or interpretations contained in the reports are intended for research or entertainment only. AstroPower assume no liability for any decisions made, or refraining from any decisions, based upon any reports.

In no event will AstroPower be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use any report.

 

GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions/License are effective until terminated by AstroPower. AstroPower has the right to terminate your license to use or hold a copy or original of any report immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon any such termination you must destroy any original reports, manuals, and copies and cease all use of the trademarks.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any Order.

 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England.
